Yellowstone Airport—located two miles north of West Yellowstone, MT, on Highway 191. On June 1, 2015, for the first time since 1978, the Yellowstone Airport welcomes back commercial jet service. Delta connections, operated by SkyWest replaced their 30-seat turboprop aircraft with 50-seat CRJ200’s (Canadair Regional Jet 200) which will increase the number of passengers by an estimated 30% this season. The increased traffic should provide a boost for the local economy and also make traveling easier and more comfortable than ever before.
