Manhattan Montana is one of those special small towns that are dotted across the state. Just 11 miles west of Belgrade, it is an agricultural community with an backdrop of the Horseshoe Mountains and the Spanish Peaks. This charming small town hosts a potato festival each year, is home to the Manhattan Tigers high school team, the best chiropractors, an event venue, and has access to the east Gallatin River for canoes and kayaks. Manhattan has been known for years as the must-stop at Sir Scott’s Oasis Steakhouse. Well, it is a new era as the Oasis has closed and I personally can say they will be missed.
